James Rutledge

James is an exciting and innovative young producer/writer/mixer/remixer. He has been listed in the NME Future 50 as well as the US equivalent - URB Next 100

James' own boundary defying music has been released on Domino, Melodic, Moshi Moshi, Warp and Wichita and he has also demonstrated his hugely diverse range by working with artists like Dangermouse, Four Tet, Kevin Shields, The Pastels and Prefuse 73.

With a load of heavily blogged remix and production work for bands like Fever Ray, MGMT, DNTEL/Grizzly Bear, Late Of The Pier, My Bloody Valentine, The Kills, Radiohead, Telepathe (amongst others) and tracks used on both film and tv including the Sean Penn directed film Into The Wild - James is definitely a musical adventure not to be missed..
